I couldn’t have said anything in this post better myself. I agree with Jim, it sucks that if you feel this way people think it’s because you are jealous or envious or wish something like this for yourself. I think people do this for their 15 seconds of fame on FB, daily, I guess. What I really want to do is post this link to ALL of those annoying couples on my friends list. Honestly, what I should do is hide their posts as someone else suggested above. Anyways, thanks Cali! This is brilliant :-)

It is atrocious. I have a boyfriend and I do NOT post stupid stuff on his wall when 1. he doesn’t check it, and 2. i could just text him.
It does make me angry though that he had been doing that cutesy lovey dovey crap with his ex about three years ago. It hurt a lot to read that stuff. Like, a lot.
So people, do yourselves a favor and delete your old crap! I don;t know why he didn’t have the decency to delete that garbage but it still makes me smoke at the ears when I think about it. Although I’m pretty sure he just forgot because, come on, that’s pretty embarrassing.
The only saving grace is that I know how much of an immature person they both were (because yes, he has matured thankfully, after all he’s dating ME right? ;) ) and stupid love notes on facebook obviously don’t make your relationship any stronger. If anything it’s the opposite.
and i hate people’s defense about it, saying if you don’t like it, just hide me/ unfriend me. That’s when I click “Unfriend”…Success!
